In case of cancellation of the visit, more than 5 hours before the beginning of the program, the prepayment amount deposited remains on the guest's deposit for a month and can be used for any procedures. In case of cancellation of the visit, less than 5 hours before the beginning of the program, the prepayment is not refundable.
